OUR MISSION
Here at The Depot, our mission is to BOOK ‘EM. This means that in addition to celebrating the glory of the Picture Book, we also help transform children into lifelong readers by putting wonderful Picture Books into the hands of children every chance we get.
This page is dedicated to all the Picture Book-lovers out there who thrill at the chance to own a new picture book. Some have prepared their own Picture Book-Report, and others have simply taken pictures with their new books.

Okay, so we know PICTURE BOOK DEPOT is all about pictures. But sometimes we run into “non picture” books that are so outstanding, we just have to feature them on the site. Here are just a few that I’ve read and absolutely loved.
**SPECIAL NOTE** The Death and Further Adventures of Silas Winterbottom is not only well-written, it’s one of the funniest books I’ve ever read. Don’t miss out on this one!
