Hello Picture Book Lovers,
I hope you’re preparing to enter the 12th Annual New Voices Award Competition, sponsored by Lee and Low Books.
What?? You’ve never heard of the New Voices Award Competition? Well, it’s a competition for writers of color to enter their 1,500-word (or less) fiction or nonfiction picture book for a chance to win $1,000 and a publishing contract.
The Competition begins sometime in May 2012. I’m not sure when it ends yet, but I’ll post RIGHT HERE as soon as I find out, so stay tuned!
